We are seeking an experienced Business Development and Licensing Manager to join our team at PASONA SINGAPORE PTE. LTD.

About the Role

This is a great opportunity for someone who has a strong background in business development and licensing. As a Business Development and Licensing Manager, you will be responsible for acquiring IP rights from external companies to collaborate with our card games. You will work closely with our team to ensure that license acquisition is in line with the development and production of our card games.

Key Responsibilities
  • To acquire IP rights from external companies to collaborate with our card games.
  • Ensure that license acquisition is in line with the development and production of our card games.
  • Source and identify new business opportunities from companies whose IP will fit into our game.
  • Negotiate and execute new/renewable license agreements to comply with contractual requirements for product titles and maximize revenue opportunities.
  • Negotiate royalty and minimum guarantees with companies for their IP.
Requirements

To be successful as a Business Development and Licensing Manager, you will need to possess:

  • A degree in any field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a relevant field.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Japanese, both written and oral.
  • Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
  • Meticulous attention to detail.
  • Basic knowledge of games and/or anime.
