We are seeking a highly skilled Speech Language Therapist to join our team at The Supreme HR Advisory Pte Ltd.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing Speech Language therapy services to students with communication disorders. This includes evaluating and documenting students' needs and progress, developing and implementing individualized therapy programs, and collaborating with the multidisciplinary team to integrate students into the community.

Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate and document students' Speech Language therapy needs and progress at regular intervals
  • Develop and implement individualized Speech Language therapy programs for students
  • Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to integrate students into the community
  • Provide Speech Language therapy consultation and support to caregivers and relevant members of the rehabilitation team
  • Conduct in-house training programs for staff, caregivers, and volunteers
  • Assess and identify individual needs of students and formulate/develop and implement appropriate individualized Speech Language therapy programs
  • Engage in research relevant to areas of Speech Language therapy service delivery
Requirements
  • Diploma/degree in Speech Language Therapy or equivalent
  • Registered with AHPC
  • Relevant experience, with preschool setting advantageous
