Senior Machine Learning Engineer

As a Senior Machine Learning Engineer, you will be responsible for leading the development of advanced ML/AI capabilities and driving the growth of our team.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in machine learning, with expertise in Python, PyTorch, and TensorFlow. They will also have extensive experience with commercial LLM APIs, such as Anthropic Claude and OpenAI GPT-4.

Responsibilities:

  1. Design and implement scalable ML model training pipelines using modern toolsets.
  2. Lead fine-tuning initiatives for both commercial and open-source LLMs.
  3. Coordinate work allocation and ensure timely delivery of projects.

Requirements:

  • Master's or PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Statistics, or related field.
  • 10+ years of hands-on experience in data science/machine learning.
  • 5+ years of experience leading technical teams.
