We are seeking a highly skilled Regional Marine Generator Service Engineer to join our team at RANDSTAD PTE. LIMITED. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the commissioning, troubleshooting, and repair of marine generators.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Commission, troubleshoot, and repair marine generators to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
  • Provide after-sales technical support, site recovery, and maintenance responsibilities to our clients.
  • Install, commission, and provide on-site training for marine generators.
  • Generate service reports to customers in a systematic manner.
  • Investigate and handle customer complaints related to product failures.
  • Investigate root causes of failures and recommend solutions.
  • Review and assist in determining the extent of damage and repairs of warranty claims from distributors.
  • Provide standby support and 24/7 emergency call for customer support.
  • Provide training to dealers.
Requirements:
  • Degree/Diploma in Engineering.
  • Able to travel for work assignments (approximately 30% regional/APAC).
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in assemble and repair for marine generators.
  • Knowledge of power generation products, electrical, and control systems is a plus.
  • Prior electrical and control experience with various control systems (John Deere ECU and KDI ECU) is a plus.
  • Willing to work in the West of Singapore (Boon Lay/Joo Koon).
