About the Job: As an Islandwide Beauty Therapist, you will be responsible for providing top-notch beauty treatments to our clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform facial, body, and device-based treatments safely and effectively, adhering to all safety protocols.
  • Understand customers' skin/body goals and recommend suitable treatments, working closely with our doctors.
  • Conduct basic skin and body analysis before treatments, tailoring your approach to each client's needs.
  • Promote our products and services to clients, helping them achieve their desired outcomes.
  • Maintain a clean, tidy, and welcoming treatment room environment at all times.
  • Provide friendly and professional customer service, exceeding client expectations.
  • Build strong relationships with clients, encouraging repeat visits and referrals.
  • Meet and exceed personal sales and treatment targets, contributing to the company's growth.

You'll need: No prior experience required - we provide comprehensive training Relevant certifications (CIDESCO, CIBTEC, ITEC, etc.) will be an advantage. Strong customer service skills, positive attitude, well-groomed appearance, and excellent interpersonal and communication skills are essential. Ability to work on weekends and retail hours.

  • 6 days of work: Mon-Fri 10am-8pm, Sat 10am-7pm, and off on Sundays and public holidays.
