Master Mixologist

SG HOTELS PTE. LTD. is seeking a skilled Master Mixologist to join our team at one of our luxury boutique hotels in Singapore. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for crafting innovative cocktails and providing exceptional drink service to our guests.

• Develop and implement new cocktail recipes and menus to enhance our beverage offerings
• Provide expert advice on spirits, mixers, and garnishes to guests and colleagues
• Maintain a thorough knowledge of our cocktail catalog and food menu items
• Train and mentor colleagues on mixology techniques and best practices
• Host guest tastings and masterclasses to showcase our expertise
• Process payments and manage inventory with accuracy and efficiency
• Collaborate with colleagues to create unique events and promotions

• Proven experience in mixology and bartending
• Excellent knowledge of spirits, mixers, and garnishes
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
