Equipment Specialist

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Equipment Specialist to play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our hotel's mechanical systems.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent technical skills, including repair and maintenance of aircon, refrigeration, mechanical ventilation, boiler, plumbing and other equipment and systems. They will also be responsible for attending to guest room maintenance as reported by the Housekeeping department or Front Office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Repair and maintain all equipment and systems to ensure optimal performance.
- Inspect equipment and systems for faults and perform necessary repair works.
- Participate in preventive maintenance and energy conservation programs.
- Upkeep the interior furnishings of the hotel, including repairs and repainting as required.
- Perform any other ad hoc maintenance or repair work as needed.
Required Skills:
- Excellent technical skills and knowledge of mechanical systems.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proven ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Word.
