Our team is seeking a highly skilled Research Manager to join our organization. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for conducting research on the corporate philanthropic landscape in Singapore and Southeast Asia.

Job Description

The successful candidate will conduct literature reviews, data analysis, and research write-ups for publication and internal reporting. Key responsibilities include identifying emerging areas of focus, conducting comprehensive reviews, synthesizing findings, and communicating research findings to internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct research on the corporate philanthropic landscape in Singapore and Southeast Asia
  • Identify emerging areas of focus and develop strategic plans
  • Coordinate with team members to ensure project timelines and deliverables are met
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Social Sciences, Data Science, Public Health, Education, Humanities or related discipline
  • 5+ years of experience in research management or a related field with a proven track record of delivering impactful insights
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
