Main Responsibilities:
  • Site Preparation: Clearing debris, digging trenches, and preparing the ground for construction projects.
  • Material Handling: Loading, unloading, and transporting construction materials and equipment to ensure timely project completion.
  • Assisting Tradespeople: Collaborating with skilled tradespeople, including carpenters, electricians, and plumbers, to install components and fixtures.
  • Operating Equipment: Safely operating heavy machinery like bulldozers, cranes, and backhoes as qualified.
  • Building and Dismantling Structures: Constructing scaffolding, bracing, and other temporary structures, as well as safely dismantling them when necessary.
  • Following Instructions: Carefully reading blueprints and following instructions from supervisors or lead tradespeople to ensure accuracy and quality.
  • Safety Compliance: Maintaining a safe working environment by adhering to safety regulations and reporting any hazards or incidents.
