Job Summary

CLOUD NINE BODYCARE PTE. LTD. is seeking a skilled Spa Therapist to join our team. As a Spa Therapist, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and providing a range of spa services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Deliver Spa Services: Provide a variety of spa services, including body treatments, massages, and spa therapy, in a safe and comfortable manner.
  2. Maintain Equipment and Inventory: Ensure that all equipment and sample inventory of products are well-maintained and up-to-date.
  3. Customer Service: Acknowledge and respond to customer queries, needs, and expectations in a professional and courteous manner.
  4. Documentation and Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate documentation and client files, ensuring that all information is up-to-date and secure.
  5. Room Maintenance: Ensure that the treatment room is clean and stocked at all times, maintaining a high level of hygiene and organization.
  6. Sales and Promotions: Suggest and promote retail products and additional services to clients, enhancing their overall experience and increasing revenue.
  7. Health and Safety: Uphold high standards of hygiene and follow all relevant health and safety regulations, ensuring a safe and healthy environment for clients and staff.
  8. Professional Development: Stay up-to-date with market trends and best practices, applying this knowledge to improve services and enhance the client experience.
