Business Analyst Position in Banking Sector

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join our team in the banking sector.

The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing business operations and systems within this sector, focusing on areas such as FX, Money Market, Derivatives, Bonds, GIRO, and FAST.

As a key member of our team, you will work closely with stakeholders in Japan, Singapore, and other APAC regions to capture business requirements and assess technical feasibility.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough analysis of business operations and systems within the banking sector
  • Capture and document business requirements from stakeholders
  • Assess technical feasibility of proposed solutions
  • Develop and implement effective solutions from both business and technical perspectives
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project execution

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in information technology or equivalent
  • At least 5 years of experience in requirements definition and business analysis as a Business Analyst
  • Knowledge and practical experience in at least one of the following areas: Foreign Exchange (FX), Money Market (MM),Derivatives ,FAST/GIRO Payment,XB/MEPS Payment
  • Experience in design, specification formulation, and technical consideration as a System Analyst with min 5 years
  • Strong skills in creating business flow diagrams and system configuration diagrams
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Fluent Japanese language skills to work effectively with Japanese stakeholders
