Inventory Management Role

Our organization is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Inventory Management Specialist to oversee the daily operations of our warehouse or storage facility. This role involves managing accurate records of stock levels, ensuring timely receipt and dispatch of materials, and implementing effective storage procedures.

The primary objective of this position is to ensure the efficient flow of goods through the warehouse, minimizing losses and maximizing productivity. To achieve this, the successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining detailed inventory records, conducting regular cycle counts, investigating discrepancies, and preparing periodic reports for management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory records
  • Ensure timely receipt and dispatch of materials
  • Implement effective storage procedures to minimize losses and damage

Requirements:

To be considered for this role, applicants must possess a Diploma in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field, with a minimum of 5 years' experience in warehouse/store or inventory operations. Knowledge of safety and environmental regulations (ISO standards preferred) is also essential. Additionally, a Forklift Operator License is advantageous.
