Senior Technology Assurance Lead

As a seasoned technology assurance professional, you will play a pivotal role in leading our technology risk management efforts.

  • Oversee technology assurance reviews of core banking systems, infrastructure, and cloud services to ensure robust risk posture.
  • Develop and maintain IT control frameworks aligned with regulatory standards, including MAS TRM and APRA CPS 234.
  • Conduct risk-based assessments of technology processes, including access management, change control, and incident response.
  • Collaborate with internal audit, compliance, and risk teams to address findings and implement remediation plans.
  • Lead third-party risk assessments to ensure vendor compliance with security and operational requirements.
  • Monitor and report on key risk indicators (KRIs) and assurance metrics to senior management and governance forums.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives in IT governance, risk management, and control effectiveness.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related discipline.
  • Minimum 15 years of experience in technology assurance, IT audit, or risk management within the banking or financial services sector.
  • Strong knowledge of banking regulations, IT control frameworks, and cybersecurity standards.
  • Proven experience in stakeholder engagement, with the ability to influence across business and technical teams.
  • Familiarity with audit tools, risk dashboards, and assurance reporting platforms.

Professional certifications such as CISA, CRISC, CISSP, are highly preferred.
