Guest Service Agent Role

As a Guest Service Agent, you will play a vital role in ensuring the seamless operation of our hotel's pantry and linen room. Your primary responsibilities will include collecting linens and amenities from the loading bay and distributing them to designated floors across the three hotel towers. You will also collect soiled linens from various areas such as the pool, spa, and fitness club.

This key role requires maintaining the overall cleanliness and order of the linen room, reporting any equipment issues to your supervisor, and arranging for lost and found items to be returned to guests. Additionally, you will perform other duties assigned by your supervisor.

To excel in this position, you should possess competencies such as handling heavy loaded trolleys, working independently, and being comfortable with rotating shifts. You should also be able to work extensively to and fro from the loading bay to the hotel towers.
