At the heart of our operations is a unique role that bridges corporate communications with multiple facets, including procurement, contract management, payment processing, event planning, and multimedia content creation. This position requires a versatile individual who can coordinate various aspects of corporate communications to drive business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage email accounts, respond to enquiries, verify logo placements, coordinate EDM distribution, and handle other communications-related tasks.
  • Support procurement activities for corporate communications needs, drafting requirement specifications, liaising with procurement colleagues, preparing approval submissions, and managing the process end-to-end.
  • Assist in managing contract renewals and variations for corporate communications vendors and services.
  • Process and monitor invoices, coordinating between vendors and the finance team to ensure timely payments.
  • Oversee the allocation and distribution of event tickets, ensuring proper tracking and timely delivery.
  • Coordinate logistics for corporate events, launches, and meetings, including invitations, RSVPs, catering, vendor liaison, and budget tracking.
  • Upload and maintain multimedia content across platforms such as YouTube, office screens, and the corporate website.
  • Ensure content is current, organised, and aligned with communication objectives.
  • Support IT-related administrative tasks such as managing access permissions and liaising with IT support teams.
  • Provide assistance for inter-agency requests, including translation terms, internship coordination, and other ad hoc requirements.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Public Relations, Mass Communications, Media Studies or related discipline.
  • Familiarity with GeBIZ procurement system and regulatory guidelines.
  • Familiarity with Quality Service Management (QSM), crisis communications, and strong project management or event management skills are highly desirable.
