We are seeking a skilled Architectural Assistant to support our design and development teams.
- Liaise with clients, architects, and stakeholders to understand project requirements and regulatory guidelines.
- Prepare preliminary and conceptual designs, presentation drawings, and revisions based on client feedback and authorities' requirements.
- Develop design details for tender and construction, ensuring compliance with local regulations and authority submission procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support senior architects in the development of architectural projects.
- Assist in the preparation of project plans, schedules, and budgets.
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure timely completion of projects.
Requirements:
- Singaporean or PR status.
- Minimum Bachelor's degree in Architecture or equivalent qualification.
- At least 1 year of experience in a local architectural firm.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and Sketchup.
- Familiarity with BIM (Revit) and experience in BIM modeling is an advantage.
- Excellent English language skills and strong computer literacy.
- A positive team player with excellent communication and time management skills.
