Process Governance Specialist

This role plays a crucial part in ensuring the organization's processes and systems are well-governed, efficient, and compliant with relevant regulations.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Ensure seamless execution of audits by coordinating, documenting, and following up on tasks.
  • Maintain accurate and current records, policies, procedures, and controls across all compliance frameworks to guarantee adherence to regulatory requirements.
  • Collect and organize audit artifacts to facilitate informed decision-making and effective process improvement.
  • Serve as a link between internal teams and auditors, facilitating smooth communication and timely responses to ensure mutual understanding and cooperation.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives in process governance and audit readiness by identifying areas for enhancement and implementing evidence-based solutions.

Required Skills & Competencies:

  • Familiarity with networking concepts and operations to ensure effective network management and optimization.
  • Knowledge of audit frameworks: ISO 20000, ISO 27001, BCMS, SOC 2 to guarantee compliance and risk management.
  • Excellent documentation and organizational skills to maintain accurate records and ensure seamless process execution.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities to foster collaboration and build trust among team members and stakeholders.
  • Process-oriented mindset with attention to detail to identify and address potential issues before they impact the organization.
  • Basic understanding of compliance and risk management principles to ensure alignment with regulatory requirements.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field to provide a solid foundation for technical expertise.
  • Preferably 3+ years of experience in networking or network operations to demonstrate practical knowledge and application.
  • Certifications in ITIL, ISO, or audit-related disciplines are a plus to showcase advanced skills and expertise.
