Job Title: AI Engineering Specialist, Knowledge Graph Developer

We are seeking a highly skilled Engineer to join our team and contribute to the design, development, and maintenance of our internal knowledge graph.

The successful candidate will work on designing and building scalable data retrieval systems to support Generative AI infrastructure with organizational and system knowledge from unstructured data.

This role focuses on ensuring the knowledge graph is efficient, scalable, and accurate. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Python or Java and experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).

Additionally, they should have strong understanding of data structures and algorithms, as well as familiarity with SDLC processes and tools.

Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain data retrieval systems to support Generative AI infrastructure.
  • Lead the modeling and evolution of the knowledge graph to ensure it is efficient, scalable, and accurate.
  • Ensure conformance with firm security and AI standards.
  • Integrate AI systems with the knowledge graph to improve reasoning, semantic search, and data retrieval.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, Data Engineering, or related field.
  • At least 5 years (Associate) or 10 years (VP) experience in data engineering, focusing on scalable distributed systems.
  • Proficiency in Python or Java.

Preferred Experience:

  • Experience with Large Language Models (LLMs) and enterprise search or knowledge management applications.
  • Knowledge of LLM communication protocols (MCP, A2A).
