Service Crew Position

We are seeking a Service Crew to join our team at Jurong Point Shopping Centre. As a Service Crew, you will be responsible for operating outlet stations, preparing food and beverages, and providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate outlet stations and prepare food and beverages
  • Toast, brew, cook, cashier, and clean
  • Ensure safety and hygiene compliance with NEA regulations
  • Deliver exceptional customer service
  • Support the team with ad-hoc duties
Requirements:
  • Physically fit and able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • No prior experience necessary – we will provide training
  • Friendly, service-minded, and a team player
  • Able to start on short notice is a plus
