About this Role

We are seeking a highly skilled PR & KOL Specialist to join our team in Southeast Asia. This role will be based in Singapore and will involve building strong relationships with media, influencers, and beauty tastemakers across the region.

As a PR & KOL Specialist, you will be responsible for creating and executing PR & influencer campaigns that spark conversation and drive engagement. You will also manage KOL partnerships from outreach to reporting, ensuring every collaboration feels authentic and delivers results.

You will support brand experiences, from intimate editor events to bold product launches, and track, measure, and share what's working (and what's next) to keep us ahead of the curve.

To succeed in this role, you will need to have a passion for beauty, exceptional project management skills, and a knack for building authentic connections that inspire brand love. You should also have a proven ability to lead PR & KOL strategies and deliver impactful results that build brand affinity and resonate with our target audience.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field, and 4–5 years of experience in PR, influencer marketing, or brand communications—beauty/FMCG experience a plus.

Key responsibilities include leading and supporting the planning and execution of SEA regions PR & KOL strategy, developing and distributing press releases, media kits, and product seeding to secure earned coverage, monitoring, tracking, and reporting media coverage, and providing insights to optimize PR efforts.

Bonus points if you have experience in beauty/skincare/luxury brands, prior in-house brand experience, or a creative, solutions-focused mindset with a passion for innovation.
