Mortgage Specialist for Emerging Enterprises

The role of Mortgage Sales Specialist for Small Business Clients in SME Banking is a dynamic position that requires strong business acumen and excellent customer service skills. Our clients are small to medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) that operate within various industries, and as a Mortgage Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for identifying their financial needs and providing tailored solutions to help them achieve their goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze client financial data to identify opportunities for mortgage products.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet client needs and exceed sales targets.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and follow-up.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including credit risk and operations, to ensure seamless delivery of mortgage products.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in sales or business development, preferably in the financial services industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze complex financial data and develop effective sales strategies.
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
