**Job Title:** Communications Manager

This pivotal role requires a strategic storyteller who can elevate internal and external communications, shaping the College's voice and strengthening its brand presence.

  • Content Strategy and Campaign Management:

Develop a content plan for digital channels including website, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and YouTube. Create campaigns to drive engagement and recognition in Singapore and globally.

  • Create and manage detailed content production schedules ensuring alignment and consistency of messaging and branding across all platforms.

  • Collaborate with Marketing & Admissions to develop videos for the website and social channels attracting prospective parents and students.

  • Manage parent communication channels including website, Parent Portal, College App, newsletters, podcast, and other publications.

  • Write and edit articles for internal and external channels identifying gaps in communication and suggesting improvements.

  • Measure and evaluate communication efficacy through metrics and qualitative data.

  • People, Resource and External Vendor Management:

Manage and motivate a team of direct reports guiding their development and performance planning work allocation and resource management.

  • Identify areas for improvement and implement changes to optimize the team's productivity and efficiency.

**Required Skills and Qualifications:** Strategic storytelling, leadership, communication skills, project management, team management, video production, article writing, editing, and analysis.
