We are seeking an IT Service Manager to join our team and drive our business forward.

Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively monitor system performance to prevent issues and trigger incident management processes.
  • Oversee day-to-day defect management for critical incidents, ensuring timely resolutions and regular updates.
  • Coordinate planned maintenance cycles for customer-critical services, obtaining approvals and notifications as necessary.
  • Align with outsourcing management frameworks and implement best practices for IT outsourcing.
  • Manage IT outsourcing risks associated with service providers to ensure key processes remain within risk policy guidelines.
  • Conduct site visits to assess compliance with established processes for outsourced services and activities.
  • Assess and mitigate outsourcing risks to acceptable levels, recommending follow-up actions or facilitating risk acceptance.
  • Validate that issues or risks noted during site visits are adequately addressed and rectified.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders on outsourcing risk-related matters, including Group Risk, Compliance, Legal, Audit, Ops Risk, and Subject Matter Experts.
  • Provide risk-related briefings and training to service providers as necessary.
  • Perform peer reviews on site visit documentation to ensure quality assurance.
  • Develop processes to proactively monitor service quality.
  • Support operational and process improvement initiatives for service providers.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in accountancy, business, or banking and finance is preferred.
  • At least 3 years of experience in IT operations and/or IT outsourcing governance in related functions.
  • Experience in conducting outsourcing due diligence and risk assessments for public cloud service providers.
  • Familiarity with outsourcing guidelines issued by the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS) and the Accounting and Corporate Regulatory Authority (ACRA).
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • A strong control mindset and ability to understand a broad range of operational issues.
  • A self-starter who can multitask effectively.
  • Strong planning, organizational, and analytical skills.
  • Attention to detail and good analytical skills.
