Job Title: MEP Project Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced MEP Project Manager to join our team at Turner & Townsend. As a key member of our project delivery team, you will be responsible for managing the MEP element of projects, including development, procurement, and delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage the MEP element of projects, including planning, feasibility, and procurement.
  • Lead and develop the tender documents and RFP process for the appointment of technical consultants and vendors.
  • Manage and deliver the MEP element of projects, including interfaces and coordination with fit out and technical services.
  • Manage and lead project teams, providing technical and engineering guidance and direction.
  • Develop and manage project programs, risks, changes, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Report project progress to senior management and stakeholders.
  • Track, record, and manage project progress and quality, including handover and close-out.

Requirements:

  • Degree qualifications in construction, project management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 6 years' experience in data centre or hi-tech projects, preferably with local Singapore experience.
  • MEP fit-out experience, with a track record of delivering MEP fit-out and new builds for data centre or hi-tech projects.
  • Construction management experience and a good understanding of construction planning at a micro level.
  • Experience with project close-out, including as-built drawings, operating manuals, and guarantees.
  • Good understanding of local Singapore codes and approvals process.
  • Experience with project management tools, such as MSP, P6, AutoCAD, and Microsoft Office.
