Temporary Administrative Staff

The role involves providing administrative support to various projects and operations. Key responsibilities include managing security findings, tracking manpower resources, contract utilization, and coordinating logistics for project meetings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and track security findings centrally and follow-up with owners.
  • Manage and track manpower resource requests, interview sessions and performance appraisals.
  • Manage and track contract utilization, expiration and renewal.
  • Manage and coordinate logistics for both internal and external project meetings.

Review Monthly Progress Reports:

  • Review monthly progress reports and supporting documents submitted by contractors.
  • Handle security clearance for external personnel.

Job Requirements:

  • Past experience in administrative work or a similar job scope is required.
  • Knowledge of MS Word and MS Excel is necessary.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills are essential.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work as part of a team are required.
  • Able to commit for a period of 12 months.
