Dedicated Nursing Professional

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Nurse to join our team. As a Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our healthcare organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in rendering patient care according to hospital policies and standards.
- Support Senior Staff Nurses/Staff Nurses in serving oral medication, performing nursing procedures, and orienting Nursing Aides/Healthcare Assistants.
- Participate in writing reports on patients' conditions and progress on nursing management.
- Undertake other responsibilities delegated by the Nursing Division as needed.
Requirements:
- National ITE Certificate in Nursing
- Registration with the Singapore Nursing Board
- Maturity, a caring attitude, and interest in geriatric nursing
- Experience in an acute care or community setting background
- Possession of clinical knowledge and skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
