E-commerce Host and Content Creator

We're looking for a skilled E-commerce Host and Content Creator to join our team. As a key member of our sales floor, you'll be responsible for ensuring timely delivery and customer satisfaction by fulfilling orders promptly.
Fulfilling Orders and Customisation Requests: Package products for dispatch or self-collection, ensuring items are well protected and presented.
Retail Operations and Customer Service: Assist with the retail floor on days when the studio is open, including sales floor upkeep and cashiering.
Hosting Engaging TikTok LIVE Sessions: Showcase and sell products, interact with viewers, answer questions, and drive sales through live engagement.
Content Creation: Assist in creating and scheduling engaging content for various social media platforms.
Staying Updated on TikTok Trends: Enhance live session effectiveness by staying informed about current trends.
This role requires high initiative and a positive attitude, working independently and as part of a team. You should have experience hosting TikTok LIVE sessions and be confident on camera with strong communication skills.
A basic knowledge of computer software and social media platforms is essential for successful performance. A creative mindset and ability to make engaging content will also help you excel in this role.
