- We are seeking a compassionate and committed individual to join our team as a Residential Support Worker. As a member of our community, you will play a vital role in providing care and support to residents, helping them to develop the skills and confidence they need to thrive.
The ideal candidate will have experience working with children or young people, preferably in a residential setting. You will be required to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays, and be able to commit to a 4-day week. Key Responsibilities:- To provide high-quality care and support to residents, promoting their physical, emotional, and social well-being.
- To work collaboratively with colleagues to create a safe and supportive living environment.
- To participate in shift-to-shift communication, ensuring continuity of care and maintaining accurate records.
- To contribute to treatment/review meetings, reviewing resident progress and implementing treatment plans.
- To act as a mentor and role model, providing guidance and support to residents.
- Aged 21 years or above (regulatory requirement).
- 40 hours per week, 4-day work week (rotating shifts, including one weekend and public holidays).
