Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Operations Coordinator to join our team in Tuas, Singapore. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and scheduling production according to sales orders provided by marketing. This role requires strong communication skills and attention to detail to ensure schedules are on track and goods are ready on time.

Responsibilities
  1. Plan and schedule production based on sales orders from marketing
  2. Liaise with production teams to ensure timely completion of tasks
  3. Monitor production output to ensure it meets quality and quantity standards
  4. Initiate changes to production schedules as needed due to unforeseen circumstances
  5. Oversee the receipt and storage of raw materials, particularly coils
  6. Handle paperwork related to production, including inventory management and job orders
  7. Liaise with marketing to coordinate sales orders and manage inventory levels
  8. Collaborate with the store to ensure timely delivery of finished goods
  9. Lead the Planning Department and oversee the update of monthly coil inventory reports
  10. Replenish stock for essential materials and supplies
  11. Liaise with Quality Control to address any issues with damaged or on-hold finished goods
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • A level above degree
  • At least 2 years of experience in Production Planning
