This is an exciting opportunity to join our hospital-based team as a Clinical Nurse Specialist. As a key member of the operating theatre staff, you will be responsible for providing expert clinical and technical support to surgeons and hospital staff during surgeries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Attend surgical procedures and provide expert clinical/technical support to Surgeons and Hospital staff in the correct and safe use of products;
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and provide training to healthcare professionals, including surgeons, perioperative nurses, and other hospital personnel;
  • Identify customer needs and optimise opportunities by recommending appropriate products that address customers' pain points and passing on leads to the sales team;
  • Maintain strong product knowledge through ongoing training and drive clinical excellence through professional and exceptional customer experience.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Valid Singapore Nursing Board registration;
  • Minimum 2-3 years of Operating Theatre experience as a Scrub/Scout or Instrument Circulating Nurse;
  • Strong knowledge of human anatomy and physiology, and ability to participate in on-call work on a monthly rotational basis (compensated with case allowance);
  • Ability to quickly understand and communicate complex technical information, problem-solver, and adaptable to fast-changing environments;
  • Self-starter who is able to work autonomously and as part of a team, highly organised, with exceptional customer engagement and relationship skills.
