Kinder Care Lead Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Kinder Care Lead to join our team at SELF HELP GROUPS STUDENT CARE LIMITED. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our K-Care Centre inside a Primary School, ensuring the well-being and development of children in our care.

You will mentor and supervise a team of K-Care Officers, taking charge of a class and conducting prescribed indoor/outdoor modular activities whenever needed. You will also handle administrative duties related to the K-Care Centre, such as fees collection, registration, withdrawals, and administering subsidy applications. Additionally, you will handle emergencies and administer first aid where applicable.

To succeed in this position, you should have a Diploma in Early Childhood Care and Education – Teaching (DECCE-T) and at least 2 years of relevant experience in a preschool setting, preferably in a senior teacher/supervisory/leadership role. Child First Aid certification is also required.

Key Responsibilities:
