Senior Private Banking Operations Lead

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our Private Banking Loans, Payments, and Credit operations. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the financial services industry and a strong track record of driving business growth through innovation and process improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy for PVB Operations, aligning with business objectives and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality results and drive business success.
- Oversee transaction processing, ensuring timely and accurate completion of all activities related to Private Banking Loans, Payments, and Credit documentations.
- Foster a culture of continuous innovation, identifying opportunities to improve processes and increase efficiency.
Requirements:
- 10+ years of relevant experience in Private Banking or a similar field.
- Strong understanding of financial services regulations and risk management principles.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
