Project Coordinator Role

We are seeking a Project Coordinator to support the planning, execution, and delivery of piling and foundation projects. You will work closely with project managers and site teams, contributing to technical planning, project coordination, and ensuring smooth execution of works.

This role is ideal for engineers looking to grow their career in project management and civil engineering leadership.

  • Assist in project planning and execution, including schedules, resources, and progress tracking.
  • Support project managers in monitoring site operations and ensuring adherence to project specifications.
  • Coordinate with design engineers, contractors, and site teams to resolve technical issues.
  • Contribute to quality, safety, and environmental compliance on site.
  • Prepare technical documentation, reports, and progress updates for internal and client purposes.
  • Assist with materials, equipment, and subcontractor management.
  • Provide input on construction methodology, risk mitigation, and process improvements.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or related discipline.
  • 2–5 years' experience in civil, piling, or foundation projects.
  • Knowledge of bored piles, secant piles, diaphragm walls, ground improvement, or general civil works is preferred.
  • Willingness to rotate between site and office locations.
