Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Operations Coordinator to join our team at Recruit Express Pte Ltd. This role will focus on providing administrative and operational support for training centre operations.

About the Role

This is a 6-month contract, extendable till June 2025, with office hours from Monday to Friday. As an Administrative Operations Coordinator, you will be responsible for handling various tasks, including:

  • Providing administrative support during grant calls
  • Handling training enquiries
  • Supporting marketing operations and logistics
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should have the following qualifications:

  • Diploma or above
  • Minimum 2 years of full-time work experience
  • Able to use Canva and create basic video and graphic content
  • Detail-oriented with excellent multitasking and time management skills
  • Prior experience working in a training centre or similar setting is an asset
Compensation

The estimated salary for this role is $25,000 per annum, commensurate with experience.
