Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement construction plans, documents, and BIM models using AutoCAD, Revit, and other software.
  • Collaborate with architectural teams to research and develop design solutions, ensuring compliance with BIM standards.
  • Coordinate construction sequencing and scheduling activities, integrating with construction BIM models.
  • Manage BIM Execution Plans, strategies, processes, and standards for design works.
  • Ensure compliance with building regulations, design development, and detailing.
  • Engage in project and site meetings with clients, consultants, and contractors to coordinate project details.
  • Communicate with relevant authorities, officials, clients, consultants, and contractors during project permitting and construction phases.
  • Assess project needs, resolve issues, and deliver results in a timely manner.
Requirements:
  • Degree or Diploma in Architecture or equivalent.
  • Knowledge of BIM software, including AutoCAD, Revit, and Adobe.
  • Knowledge of building codes and regulatory standards.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively.
  • At least 3 years' experience.
