Job Title: Fiscal Operations Manager
">We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Fiscal Operations Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing financial support and administrative services to ensure the smooth operation of our office.

- Provide accounting support, including recording transactions in our accounting system;">
- Prepare and process payments and reimbursements;">
- Liaise with our bookkeeper to ensure timely reports and reconcile accounts;">
- Oversee general office operations, including procurement and inventory management;">
- Maintain proper filing of company documents, contracts, and correspondences;">
- Support HR-related functions, such as employee record-keeping, leave tracking, and administration of staff training registration and records;">
- Provide day-to-day support for HR functions and liaise with insurance companies on staff insurance matters and claims;">
Requirements:

- Diploma in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field;">
- Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience in a similar role;">
- Proficient in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks) and Microsoft Office;">
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills;">
- Strong attention to detail with good analytical and problem-solving abilities;">
- Good communication and interpersonal skills;">
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team;">
- Adaptable and able to manage multiple priorities;">
- Discreet and trustworthy with sensitive financial and personnel information;">
