About the Role:

The IT Quality Engineer Manager will be responsible for ensuring that all software applications meet the required standards of quality, functionality, and performance. Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage internal and external excursions (MRB or Quality Claims)
  • Oversee customer data reporting

  • Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

To be considered for this role, you must possess a degree in Engineering or equivalent. Knowledge of Statistical Process Control (SPC) and statistical techniques is preferred. Auditing experience is also an advantage. Additionally, understanding of system flow and databases is beneficial.
