We are seeking a skilled Foot Therapist to deliver exceptional foot reflexology treatments.

About the Role

  • Explain services to clients and demonstrate expertise in foot therapy techniques.
  • Apply pressure with thumbs and fingers to clients' feet, ensuring a relaxing and therapeutic experience.
  • Communicate effectively with guests during massages, adjusting techniques as needed to ensure maximum relaxation.
  • Clean and sanitize work areas to maintain hygiene standards.
  • Keep accurate service records and document all relevant information.
  • Enquire about guests' medical conditions and allergies before providing services, adhering to strict health and safety protocols.
  • Maintain a professional demeanor at all times, demonstrating patience and respect for clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality foot reflexology treatments to guests.
  • Develop strong relationships with clients through excellent customer service skills.
  • Work effectively in a team environment, communicating clearly with colleagues.
  • Adapt to changing situations, prioritizing tasks and managing time efficiently.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience working as a Foot Reflexologist or equivalent role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with diverse groups of people.
  • Exceptional customer service skills, with a focus on delivering personalized experiences that exceed client expectations.
  • Able to work night shifts, weekends, and public holidays, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.
