Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Fund Accountant to join our team in Asset Management. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for:

  • Assisting clients with system migration, ensuring timely and accurate completion of tasks;
  • Acting as a liaison between stakeholders to ensure clear communication and effective project management;
  • Identifying and addressing discrepancies during the migration process;
  • Conducting thorough reviews of financial statements and reports to ensure accuracy and completeness;
  • Working closely with internal teams and service providers to manage data transfer and system implementation;
  • Ensuring all internal requirements are met and the implementation process runs smoothly;
  • Reviewing consolidated financial data to ensure accuracy and completeness;
  • Identifying and bridging gaps between different jurisdictions as necessary;
  • Undertaking additional tasks as required by your Managers.
Your Profile

We are looking for a highly qualified and experienced professional with:

  • 3-5 years of experience in asset management, preferably in fund houses, fund administrators, or the Big 4;
  • Fully qualified Accountant (e.g. ISCA/ACCA/CPAA/AICPA/CA);
  • Prior knowledge or experience of working in financial services, especially with alternative investment funds (including Private Equity and Real Estate funds);
  • Fluency in written and spoken English; fluency in any other Asian languages (e.g. Chinese, Japanese, Korean) is an asset;
  • Team spirit with the ability to work independently using your own initiative when appropriate;
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet a range of deadlines;
  • Maturity and attention to detail;
  • High level of IT literacy with strong MS Office skills, especially in Excel and Word;
  • Knowledge of eFront, Yardi, and Oracle systems is a distinct advantage;
  • Strong project management and coordination skills;
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
