Job Title: Strategic Growth Professional

About the Role:

The primary objective of this position is to spearhead organizational success and strategic achievements. This pivotal role necessitates drive, initiative, and the capacity to remain focused on results despite evolving circumstances.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive business development on larger, more strategic accounts.
  • Orchestrate collaboration among multiple stakeholders in our Sales process to secure new customer revenue for district offices and Expeditors network.

Deliverables:

  1. Manage a list of Named Accounts and demonstrate success at closing new logo and new business with target and prospect accounts based on established new logo/new business revenue expectations.
  2. Timely data entry in our Customer Relationship Management tool.
  3. Orchestrate customer / Expeditors network relationship and collaborate with regional Product, Service, Geo, and Knowledge Management resources.
  4. Participate in the creation of value-added solutions for customer's logistics needs, including supporting diagrams and cost-benefit calculations.
  5. Support the transition of new accounts through customer introductions, information sharing, and relationship building.
