About the Finance and Corporate Services Function

The Finance and Corporate Services function is responsible for managing the financial and administrative needs of the Group to achieve its business goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the bank in measuring and analyzing financial results accurately and on time
  • Track revenue, expenses, balance scorecard, and key ratios at the bank, segment, and product levels
  • Engage in the financial forecast and budget process with various stakeholders to identify business opportunities and gaps
  • Analyze drivers of business profitability
  • Provide cost management support, including optimization, governance, and return on investments
  • Monitor cost pools, allocation methodology, and cost drivers
  • Prepare presentations and communications for internal and external stakeholders
  • Drive process improvement initiatives as required
