Job Title: Quality Assurance Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our products by performing quality inspections, analyzing non-conformities, and investigating their causes.

Main Responsibilities:

1. Conduct quality inspections on incoming materials and finished goods to ensure they meet specifications.

2. Investigate and analyze non-conformities to identify their root causes and implement corrective actions.

3. Collaborate with internal teams and external suppliers to resolve quality issues and prevent recurrence.

4. Develop and implement quality control procedures to improve product quality and reduce defects.

5. Provide training and support to production staff on quality-related matters.

Requirements:

1. Higher NITEC or Diploma in Electronic or Electrical Engineering.

2. 1-3 years of experience in handling NC and RMA material preferred.

3. Hands-on experience with inspection equipment.

4. Experience working at production/engineering semiconductor test facilities.

5. Proficient in written and verbal communication in English.

6. Ability to use Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
