Job Title: Customer Service Liaison

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized individual to join our team as a Customer Service Liaison. As a key member of our customer-facing department, you will be responsible for attending to walk-in, phone call, and email enquiries, issuing quotations, and meeting customers to gather project briefings and provide material samples.

Your primary goal will be to develop, manage, and build relationships with major trade distributors, attend mock-up presentations, liaise with local and overseas suppliers, and assist with general sales support duties, including presentations and the upkeep of our materials library.

To excel in this role, you should possess at least one year of experience in a sales support position, with a proven track record of attending to customer enquiries and providing excellent service.

In addition, you should be a team player who can work effectively under high-pressure situations, meeting deadlines and delivering results-driven outcomes.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • At least one year of experience in a sales support role
