We are seeking a highly skilled ECM OpenText System Analyst to spearhead the implementation of efficient Enterprise Content Management solutions. The successful candidate will possess strong techno-functional expertise, with the ability to work closely with business stakeholders to capture requirements and deliver effective system changes.
The role requires the ability to gather, analyze, and document business requirements for ECM solutions, as well as translate these into functional and technical specifications. A high level of proficiency in configuring, customizing, and implementing changes in OpenText ECM applications is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for ECM solutions.
- Translate requirements into functional and technical specifications.
- Configure, customize, and implement changes in OpenText ECM applications.
- Perform impact analysis, troubleshoot issues, and provide resolutions.
- Collaborate with developers, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure timely delivery.
- Support testing, production rollout, and ongoing maintenance activities.
- Create functional/technical documentation and user training materials.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Technical Expertise:- Hands-on experience with OpenText ECM solutions (e.g., Content Server, Archive Server, Extended ECM, Documentum, D2).
- Strong background in system analysis, configuration, and implementation of ECM platforms.
- Ability to bridge both business and technical teams in a techno-functional capacity.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience working in banking/financial services is an advantage but not mandatory.
