Financial Management Expertise Required

We are seeking an experienced finance professional to join our team in a Finance Manager role. This position involves overseeing the financial management, budgeting, and forecasting for project development sectors within the organization.

The key responsibilities of this role include establishing financial management regulations, conducting daily bookkeeping, preparing financial statements, managing consolidation, and producing monthly and quarterly management reports, budgets, and forecasts. Additionally, you will be responsible for managing statutory filings and ensuring compliance with relevant financial and tax laws and regulations.

Other key responsibilities include developing project capital plans, monitoring cash flow and allocating funds, managing capital risks, and assisting in cost analysis of investment and financing projects. You will also be required to cooperate in the formulation of investment and financing plans and perform other ad-hoc tasks assigned by senior management.

To be successful in this role, you will need a degree or professional qualification in accountancy, such as CFA, ACCA, or CPA. A minimum of 7 years' experience in financial management is also required, along with familiarity with Singapore's financial policies, corporate financial regulations, and procedures.

You should possess strong capabilities in capital management, cost control, risk control, and financial analysis, as well as good organizational, coordination, communication skills, and teamwork spirit.
