We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior Maintenance Manager to lead our maintenance team at GAS TURBINE VALVES PTE. LTD. in Milan, Singapore.

About the Role

This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned professional with strong leadership and technical skills to join our organization and contribute to the success of our Italian branch.

The ideal candidate will have a solid background in mechanical and electrical maintenance, with extensive experience in managing teams and overseeing maintenance activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective maintenance strategies to ensure optimal performance and efficiency of our gas turbine valves.
  • Lead and direct a team of maintenance engineers in project management, ensuring their performance meets company short and long-term needs.
  • Monitor and review maintenance activities on site and carried out in accordance with safety, health, environment, and loss prevention policies.
  • Manage maintenance contractors and service providers to ensure effective execution of maintenance activities within planned resources.
  • Contribute to the development of annual and longer-term business plans, forecast performance against key performance indicators, and develop business cases for new projects.
Requirements
  • Bilingual, Italian and English, with minimum 10 years of relevant maintenance experience in Chemical/Petrochemical/Oil & Gas Industries.
  • At least 8 years of experience in managing a team, with strong leadership and people management skills.
  • Diploma/Degree equivalent in engineering, with strong mechanical and electrical maintenance background.
  • Ability to perform tests on control valves with digital test benches and strong data analysis acumen.
  • Strong knowledge of maintenance, operations, safety, and product knowledge for Gas Turbines, as well as ISO 9001 procedure writing and implementation.
  • Project Management skills, with experience in leading cross-functional teams and developing business cases.
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of SGD $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits and opportunities for career growth and development.
