Gallery Team Member Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Gallery Team Member. This role plays a vital part in creating a welcoming and professional environment for all visitors.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing assistance in administration, client service, and gallery upkeep, while also supporting events and sales activities.
- Main Responsibilities:
- Assist with opening and closing the gallery, ensuring a seamless transition of operations.
- E nsure the gallery is always neat and organized, maintaining a high level of visual appeal.
- Support logistics for gallery displays and product samples, including setup and takedown.
Visitor & Client Support:
- Greet visitors and attend to their inquiries, providing information about the company and products on display.
- Offer expert advice on gallery layout and assist with navigation.
Administration & Coordination:
- Manage appointment bookings, calls, and emails, maintaining accurate records and communication.
- Maintain records of client visits and sales leads, providing valuable insights for future marketing efforts.
Gallery Events:
- Support the setup and takedown of events and gallery tours, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience.
- Assist with guest registration, refreshments, and general hospitality, providing exceptional customer service.
- Provide logistical support during client events, ensuring timely delivery and execution.
Requirements:
- O Levels or equivalent qualification.
- 1 year experience in customer service or hospitality environment.
- Friendly, professional, and client-oriented with strong communication skills.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask effectively.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; knowledge of design software or CRM is a plus.
Working Hours:
- 4 weekdays (8:30AM - 5:30PM)
- Saturdays (8:30AM - 4:30PM)
- Sundays (9:30AM - 4:30PM)
- One off day on a weekday
