Job Title: Facilities Operations Manager

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Facilities Operations Manager to oversee the management of our facilities. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all facilities are well-maintained, efficient, and safe.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Facilities Management: Manage all aspects of facility operations, including maintenance, repairs, and renovations.
  • Safety and Compliance: Ensure that all facilities meet safety and compliance standards, and implement measures to prevent accidents and injuries.
  • Supply Chain Management: Source and procure necessary materials, services, and equipment to support facility operations.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of facility staff, providing guidance, training, and development opportunities.
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you will need:

  • A degree in a relevant field, such as facilities management or engineering.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a facilities management role.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
