Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional service throughout their visit.
  • Take accurate food orders and enter them into the POS system.
  • Answer customer questions about menu items, ingredients and daily specials.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, counters and restrooms.
  • Assist with opening and closing duties, including setup, cleaning and restocking.
  • Monitor stock levels of front-of-house supplies and notify the manager when replenishment is needed.
  • Handle customer feedback or complaints professionally and escalate issues when necessary.
  • Collaborate with kitchen and bakery staff to ensure smooth service and communication.
  • Uphold food safety, hygiene and sanitation standards at all times.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Prior experience in food service, customer service or hospitality is preferred but not required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Enthusiastic, friendly and professional demeanor.
  • Ability to work in a team and adapt to a dynamic service environment.
  • Comfortable working weekends and Public Holidays.
  • Basic math skills for handling cash and operating POS systems.
