Heat Treatment Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Heat Treat Technician to join our team at Aviation Labour Group Pte Ltd in Singapore.

  • Setup, operate and troubleshoot Vacuum Carburize, Gas Nitride, Atmospheric and Vacuum Heat Treatment equipment and processes.
  • Maintain and calibrate all measuring equipment, gages and fixtures for accurate inspection checks.
  • Enter quality information on documents accurately and timely.
  • Maintain active certified machinist status.
  • Read and interpret blueprints.
  • Adhere to EH&S & CORE requirements in the workplace.
  • Keep work areas, benches and machinery tidy and clean after use.
  • Perform daily housekeeping and sustain 5S implementations.
  • Engage in other activities as requested by the Supervisor.
  • Notify the Supervisor of any furnace/machine or tooling problems affecting product quality or safety.

Requirements:

  • NITEC qualification in Precision Engineering or equivalent.
  • At least 5 years of experience in Heat Treatment processes.
  • Work experience in heat treatment environments is preferred but not necessary.
  • Able to work in high-temperature environments.
